Reflective Statement

Creating animations based on 2D in a traditional way by drawing each frame is something that I never tried before. Learning the main software used for the sessions which is Adobe Animate was fairly easy since the interface is similar to the one in Photoshop, however, most parts of the job were fully dependant on traditional drawing skills which I was not very confident in. Another challenge was to face the differences between 2D animation and 3D animation production. Drawing every interval of key poses felt quite repetitive to me and did consume a lot of time which was a bit frustrating. However, after experiencing 2D animation production, I became more confident when it comes to the 3D animating process since I can understand poses better thanks to the practice of capturing every second of poses during the session.
